Listen to your team members. Managers need to be open to taking constructive feedback from the team, or at least acknowledging them. Please don't pretend to ask for feedback, and when they give, you abruptly cut them in the meeting. We need competent managers who are leaders first.

There are review meetings held, but there's no fair indication shown on how you are getting paid. Or given incentives. I feel it's all at the mercy of your managers. Especially after a few structural changes were made to the company + a few senior members, who were the backbone, resigned.

The top leadership needs to realize that they need to listen to their core execution team, rather than appointing a few 'incompetent' managers at the mid-level and asking them to share feedback. The actual feedback just gets lost. And its high team especially the CEO/COO realize this.
