That they don’t pay enough for how hard you are expected to work and that if you are assaulted by a student, like I was, they sweep it under the rug, and expect you to just get over it

Low. Most people want to leave or are frustrated with the management or how we are treated or what their expectations are for things they want completed and prepared every week, along with teaching and speaking to parents

What unique perks and benefits does Uplift Education provide?
The same as regular schools, just insurance and the trs plan that you get anywhere else. And they don’t pay as well as public school or even most private schools

It was fine, but working there is not fun, or fulfilling, or pleasant. There is no support from your supervisors or the principals

I heard from the vice principal the same day, but they were and are usually desperate to find teachers to hire, because typically people want to leave after a year or two
What questions do they ask during the interview process at Uplift Education?
You must prepare a 20 minutes lesson, then present/teach it to the principal and vice principals. Then you are asked basic interview questions about your skills, best qualities, worst qualities, etc.
How would you compare interviewing at Uplift Education to other places you've interviewed?
The interview requires you to prepare a lesson plan and then teach it for 20 minutes to both vice directors and the principals, then you get asked the basic interview questions
What should I wear for an interview at Uplift Education?
Basic interview clothes, or anything you would wear teaching, but no jeans
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Uplift Education?
The questions weren’t that difficult, but once you’re hired you are expected to know everything.
