Working at Uplift Education is inspiring and purposeful. The team is passionate and collaborative, all dedicated to preparing every scholar for college and life. Seeing students grow into confident, college-ready graduates makes the work truly rewarding.

The tirn-over is huge each uear. The company would rather promote unexperience than those with wisdow. If you are just out of college you will go far.

I appreciate how they listen and are constantly looking for ways to get feedback from teams - through townhalls, surveys, skip levels, etc. They also take that input and use it to shape the work.

Listening to those that have been there and hetting to know your ataff better. Remove those in leadership that do not know their job.

The work life balance and commitment to time off and supporting working parents and staff to have a balance - this includes wellness Wednesdays and personal time off.

The yearly increase, the insurance is high for those that have a family.

They're always willing to help someone else out, to stop their work to support a colleague or to go volunteer at a school event. Everyone does what it takes to come together - our motto is one team, one vision!

We work as a team and help each other. We are a unit.

No time to meet with coworkers. Any free minutes are taken up with meetings with admin.

There are so many shout outs and opportunities for recognition - both of staff and our students. We have major network events as well as small opportunities to say thank you. We're all in this together.

The work day is extremely long and too long for children.

Removal of those that are in leadership but have no idea what they are doing.

I liked the panel review as I was able to connect with multiple people and also ask questions on my end, as I was also evaluating the culture of the organization.

Seeing the impact we're having on kids and the community is the most fulfilling. From big events like college signing day or just kids excited to go to school at morning carline.
