What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are so many shout outs and opportunities for recognition - both of staff and our students. We have major network events as well as small opportunities to say thank you. We're all in this together.

Uplift Education fosters a positive, supportive work environment where small gestures—treats, thoughtful notes, and celebrations—make a big difference. It’s a place where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to do their best for scholars and fam

The work day is extremely long and too long for children.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Removal of those that are in leadership but have no idea what they are doing.
