They're always willing to help someone else out, to stop their work to support a colleague or to go volunteer at a school event. Everyone does what it takes to come together - our motto is one team, one vision!

I’m grateful to work with a talented, collaborative team at Uplift Education. We support each other, share ideas, and stay focused on helping scholars succeed. Every day feels purposeful because our work truly makes a difference for families and student

We work as a team and help each other. We are a unit.

No time to meet with coworkers. Any free minutes are taken up with meetings with admin.
