What did you like most about the interview process?I liked the panel review as I was able to connect with multiple people and also ask questions on my end, as I was also evaluating the culture of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing the impact we're having on kids and the community is the most fulfilling. From big events like college signing day or just kids excited to go to school at morning carline.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There are so many shout outs and opportunities for recognition - both of staff and our students. We have major network events as well as small opportunities to say thank you. We're all in this together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?No time to meet with coworkers. Any free minutes are taken up with meetings with admin.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Removal of those that are in leadership but have no idea what they are doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to those that have been there and hetting to know your ataff better. Remove those in leadership that do not know their job.
