The hourly wage is great

Increase my compensation currently i am underpaid and over utilized

Have a base range based on sales, not seniority. Implement a timeline of length to comp plan and base raises.

Employers that understand mental health

Yes. They are in no rush to transition you to the comp plan

The compensation for the role and title is nearly half as much as the rest of the industry.

I feel undervalued because one of the company motto's is to talk straight and management doesnt do it. They lie to us about things then when we talk straight we get the short end of the stick for being open and honest about how we feel about things going on
