Stock holders are first in all things. Customers second and employees comletely disposable. Revers this order.

Sales reps in higher up management don't care about drivers and warehouse workers bring people that have actually worked with there hands an not there mouth
There's definitely tension at the job, we seem to be micromanaged now, everything that could possibly wrong is found and everyone is notified about it. Gives the impression of a show trial, convicted before it even began. As if the other teams worked less already.
