I've never received proper training. Felt unsafe and lost. It was unorganized the whole time I was there. Tried to have a meeting about the issues and they said I was no longer needed. I'm gonna pursue the right channels to make this right. I enjoyed working there but wow the intimidation and insult

Communication to much separation and trust issues

Benefits were great although didn't get to use them

Things I was told that were going to happen had happened

Communicate and train someone before they throw them in a truck with someone else that's new etc etc
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training and communicating and not trying to make a new employee that doesn't know what's going on seem like the one at fault. Such a nightmare.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job feeling safe. Being told what I am to do hours before I get to work not as I walk in. Being trained and with a competent trainer not another new guy.
