Being in a specialized position, part of my interview was to demonstrate the skills I was bringing to the table, answer question as to how my skills and knowledge can apply to our various customer base
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen! They're hands on! They're not afraid to get in a delivery truck and work a route with a driver to deliver groceries, or jump on a pallet jack and help in the warehouse. They meet the customers, welcome new team members, they are ENGAGED!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We generate ideas that Leadership listens to. We are asked to participate in meetings and behind the scenes planning to better how we service our customers, reduce wasteful spending and activities, and maximize our opportunity to help each other, the company and our customers be successful
