Work was hard, but steady. Training minimal and ridiculous. Nitpicking by senior management was rampant.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are way too expensive

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to get a clue and bullies need to stop being rewarded.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was treated like an adult and asked intelligent real world questions, not things like "What color crayon would you be?"

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management is the biggest issue - micromanaging ridiculous things like dress code in an office setting when there is no long range planning.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company was great before it went public. Once that happened it stopped being about customer relationships and became all about stock price.
