There's definitely tension at the job, we seem to be micromanaged now, everything that could possibly wrong is found and everyone is notified about it. Gives the impression of a show trial, convicted before it even began. As if the other teams worked less already.
Not looking for my mistakes, instead they need to look for ways to help. Too much effort goes into excuses to not help me or get work done. I'm left to do it all by myself and that labels me as the team workhorse, so everyone sends their work to me to get done, while they do nothing.
