Up and down, sometimes within the day. Start out ok, in a split second a major error of mine has been "found" now it's defcon 1 and I have to answer to the whole company for my "incompetence". Company values are talk straight and such, but I'm constantly interrupted and ignored.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was allowed to ask questions and the interviewers listened and gave me the time to ask questions and think about the answers I wanted to give their questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their workforce fairly. Everyone should get audited the same, too many times only one person gets audited each month. It can take its toll on a person
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's definitely tension at the job, we seem to be micromanaged now, everything that could possibly wrong is found and everyone is notified about it. Gives the impression of a show trial, convicted before it even began. As if the other teams worked less already.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not looking for my mistakes, instead they need to look for ways to help. Too much effort goes into excuses to not help me or get work done. I'm left to do it all by myself and that labels me as the team workhorse, so everyone sends their work to me to get done, while they do nothing.
