Everything their attitude way they talk to people

Managing the dock, moving people around effectively to different environments. Better loading procedure.

Leadership and management and make time for the employees. To many meetings all the time

Training there new employees properly.

Middle management is promoted by unquestioning loyalty. All meetings are sent out at "meetings in a box". Managers are strongly discouraged from independent thought. They hear over and over again "Run the play". The company actively discourages leadership in all mid managment positions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Gross differention by region, even though performing the same job & out performing those in other areas

Increase my compensation currently i am underpaid and over utilized

Have a base range based on sales, not seniority. Implement a timeline of length to comp plan and base raises.

Employers that understand mental health

Yes. They are in no rush to transition you to the comp plan

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Allow drivers to have real input instead of making them feel expendable

work together then against each other

Pretty much just Respect and common sense.

I think my coworkers would benefit from better training on stacking pallets without having a lot of damage.

Bring jobs back from overseas, fair compensation

COmpany has no regard for employees or customers. Just Stock holders. At the begining of ourmeetings we review stock value.

More money less lies managers who know how to do their job and holding everyone accountable

The amount of items in a truck can be bit excessive

Communication to much separation and trust issues

Unattainable goals set so high thereby eliminating any compensation bumps, losing customers, suppliers, & experienced high performing US based employees due to outsourced associates non comprehension of industry despite receiving

Load the trucks better and treat their stuff with respect

No management or supervision wharehouse wide

I think looking to hire more experienced people by paying better and by getting scanners instead of the headsets we use know

Stock holders are first in all things. Customers second and employees comletely disposable. Revers this order.
