Better hike needed, less experienced ae paid sometimes more.
Even when I was promoted, I never received any salary revision as part of the change. I had to fight for it. I had to repeatedly request, whereas it should have been provided as a high performer of the team. This decision of salary revision being tied down to the manager even today is sad!
Very poor salary hike. Appraisals are worst. Lots of favouritism
Everything is just fine and I feel like that is not very motivating. When asked for volunteers originally all team members would climb to help and sacrifice but now no one volunteers anymore because it is more of a punishment.
Timely promotions which is not depended on the Account team will be a big plus. Hike also should be provided based on the person's work for the year.
The only negative is underpaid for over work
If the company has way to rate an employees performance then they should also have a mechanism to rate the compensation given to them.
