It used to be very employee friendly, but recently I am seeing a shift in that perspective, especially from HR policies perspective. Not a fan of that shift. Although, the Servant leadership initiate is commendable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work environment is positive and energetic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 7 yrs back, so no point in pondering.
What makes you most happy at work?
My accomplishments!! But our company can do better at acknowledging these accomplishments by employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive of the team when we need support as the Client we are dealing with is a difficult Indian client.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly productive and energetic team. Very connected to each other even when we started during the pandemic, and were mostly connecting remotely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even when I was promoted, I never received any salary revision as part of the change. I had to fight for it. I had to repeatedly request, whereas it should have been provided as a high performer of the team. This decision of salary revision being tied down to the manager even today is sad!
