Better hike needed, less experienced ae paid sometimes more.
Even when I was promoted, I never received any salary revision as part of the change. I had to fight for it. I had to repeatedly request, whereas it should have been provided as a high performer of the team. This decision of salary revision being tied down to the manager even today is sad!

Everything is just fine and I feel like that is not very motivating. When asked for volunteers originally all team members would climb to help and sacrifice but now no one volunteers anymore because it is more of a punishment.

The interview needs to be clearer on what the position is. They ask a lot of out of scope questions for a position that would not involve anything asked or the appropriate level.
