leadership is not demonstrably interested in ensuring medical staff satisfaction and agency, a culture of not listening to major complaints, not hearing feedback from the core staff (who complete the institutions mission), and allowing leaders who are dismissive, devisive, demeaning, biased to reign
UWMC is Apathetic toward its employees.
the system is set up to SAVE money, forget the customer or the staff. the electronic system is now set up so i cannot communicate directly with my provider. WHAT A MESS!! i am the customer and you do not consider or even ask if a change is okay or not> POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
