Totally undervalued. Housekeepers get paid minimum wage.

Employee turnover is high. Vacasa does not provide promotions, they hire from outside the company. Great housekeepers go beyond expectations and take on extra responsibilities. In order to keep experienced and efficient employees, there should be some form of pay increase or advancement opportunity.

I dont even know if im supposed to get benefits and if i am i have no idea how to apply for them. My supervisor isnt helpful. I drive an hour to and from work and evtra time in between and havent got paid for any of it

I have no benefits except 401k

Because of system glitch i was not paid for a day and the manager would not help me retrieve it

No raise in 5 years. Work has doubled.

I would feel better if the paycheck was what it was supposed to be and there was communication.

I feel like all the house keepers are under paid I feel like a raise would be appreciated by all of us .

Vacasa is a train wreck, I will be fine at another organization

I had been working there for 3 months and they hired they new guy at $5 more per hour. I had to train the guy making more than me. LOL

Being given a work budy, be given training, being respected when saying you are unable to so something or dont feel ready for something.

The position i work in does alot, we assist the gm, agm, maintenance lead, housekeeping and our guest. But we're the only ones on the team who gets paid the least

I am not getting matched-on my 401k. And its hard to qualify for the bonus programs.

No body will help me get established with benefits or stocks. I have asked.

Everything is going up but our pay isnt

Runners do not make as much as housekeepers but I am asked to clean houses nonetheless

PAY US BETTER. The whole operation needs to be fixed. It's a decade outdated and relying on flawed data.
