Review from Operations Dept

My team, coworkers and the endless possibilities to create and do good work.

Management and colleagues and getting to further grow my career.

Assisting guest and owners makes me happy

To work with the company that I'm happy with it makes my work more easier

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

customers say that the houses are not maintained and there is no support for issues

Get some honest managers to run the company

Review from Operations Dept

The company is too money hungry and greedy. Owners see our fees are sometimes higher than the total rent. Owners get charged a markup for cleaning after they stay in their own home. Guests are sometimes misled about the home they rent - the recruiters will onboard any old shack falling apart

Vacasa seems to prioritize their customers over their employees. However, they should adjust their business model to prioritize, support and diversify their operations team. If the employees who interact hands-on with customers feel that they are treated well, they will provide better service.

Real cleaning time can cost me my job.

Hire people that know what they are doing

Lets get profitable. Reward great employees. Communicate. Turn our image around

no communication or management to oversee

Things go unfixed because either the person doing the job. Don't know how to do it or just don't do it than someone else has to bat clean up.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Keep house keeping staff happy

I was wrongfully fired and sexually harrassed before that

Laziness on the part of manafers

Not enough resources and effort spent on making units better overall

Recognize employees that are going above and beyond. Give incentives to do better. Give the ability to actually get a raise.

Leadership doesn't know what's going on beneath the..

Eliminate work at home for managers, they need to be involved with employees on the front lines

10 months of employment and never a kind word from management, a moral compass is a better guide than what has been happening thus far

Review from Operations Dept

need managers who treat you fair and friendly

Review from Operations Dept

Empathy, communication, leadership all need to improve

Pay is way too low

What do you like best about your company?

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Clearer alignment and connection with the company mission, vision and core values; they're very good, but not fully integrated into the culture yet.

Employee onboarding, management structure, more stability
