Everything about leadership skills stop playing favoritism and stop hiring angers based on how well they get along with hr.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one wants to work the same routine for years,even though they do - should get the higher roles in the same group and groom the trusted ones. Even though you outperform some times no such real appreciation happens.There will be some cleshay then again nothing to motivate later.

Only thing I ever complain about is co workers that dont have alot of care for work. Lazy people who don't want to be there make our days harder not easier.
