Mostly, the people I work directly with on a day to day basis.
Accomplishing a task or project that helps the team(s) I assist succeed.
The everyday challenges and working to solve them creatively and efficiently.
Lazy employees who are not doing the right procedures. Under staff inspectors who never look at the product. Documents and procedures are falsified daily and sometimes they are controlled by management.
