Giving women and people of color a chance to succeed
Listening to the people at the bottom of the ladder
Listening to lower level emoloyees concerns about direct line leadership. Overworked to save money.
Admitting and ownership of a mistake, Integrity, upholding company policy across the board.
Properly training new workers.the white hats should train new workers instead of relying on regular workers to train people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our yearly Bonus structure is fair and achievable
Pay is ok but attendance point system is ridiculous
Benefits and time off are satisfactory.

Worked together for a long time
Working with great people everyday.
In my department my coworkers are hard working and driven to do the best they can do even though they get paid almost nothing for it
My team members know what to do and we get our job done. We communicate well and we trust each other.
They listen to your concerns and assist when possible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
motivation and no micro management
There is way too much complaining.maybe certain people should work harder if they want a raise

End bureaucracy. Update processes to be modern. Value the right skills

Mostly, the people I work directly with on a day to day basis.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lazy employees who are not doing the right procedures. Under staff inspectors who never look at the product. Documents and procedures are falsified daily and sometimes they are controlled by management.
Documents are being falsified with management power
Replacing our manager at our company
Promote from within, reward people for loyalty stop hiring people from outside the company that come in with an agenda and do noting but drive down moral and trash the place
Management is lost and needs direction
