There are good people in most departments, they do their best to take care of one another.
Having great coworkers to work with
You can control your own destiny. You have to chase what you want, but there are few barriers in place.
It's not everyone is on the verge of burnt out, and tired of managment not knowing whats needed.
The select few people I am willing to talk to. They make the worst days bearable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
End bureaucracy. Update processes to be modern. Value the right skills
They need to incentivize their employees more in terms of teamwork effort and to be more proactive.
