Been at valmont for four months.they offer great health insurance.the pay is descent at 16 dollars an hour to start.my biggest complaint is they do not take enough time to train you right and they tend to make you work overtime

There is way too much complaining.maybe certain people should work harder if they want a raise
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly training new workers.the white hats should train new workers instead of relying on regular workers to train people.
