How's the feedback proccess at Varonis Systems?
I find that management is generally pretty open to feedback. I've never felt concerned about giving constructive feedback about processes or procedures.
How's the vacation policy at Varonis Systems?
It's PTO rather than sick/vacay so you get about three weeks if you never get sick. :)
Does Varonis Systems have any remote positions?
Most SE, PS and SR positions are remote. Support positions are onsite in Portland and North Carolina.

Promotions are mostly made by the immediate manager, based on their feelings at the time.
What's the company culture like at Varonis Systems?
Everyone works really hard. There are no dummies at Varonis and it shows every day. People really try to help each other both within and across departments. Sometimes communication is lacking but effort is definitely made to address that. Everyone loves the product and works hard every day to make it better and to evangelize it to prospects and customers. One of the best companies I've worked for.
