Salary is great but Equity is not as competitive as other tech companies. We used to have 4 year grants that had material windfalls in 3rd/4th year, but now they are one year grants which I feel has an impact on churn

The best part of the compensation package is the combination of RSUs (each quarter) and stock options (annually). Very rare for an already public company.
