What is the best part about your compensation package?

the stock plan and the overall salary

Pay at market and utilisation bonus

Base salary + utilization bonus + RSU and Options stock incentives

Excellent base pay. Good RSU + ISO

Remote work is a good benefit.

Salary is great but Equity is not as competitive as other tech companies. We used to have 4 year grants that had material windfalls in 3rd/4th year, but now they are one year grants which I feel has an impact on churn

The best part of the compensation package is the combination of RSUs (each quarter) and stock options (annually). Very rare for an already public company.

Restricted stock units given on a quarterly basis.

Granted Restricted Stock upon hire and the stocks are doing great. Health insurance is good.

No bonus for sdr. No indvidual bonus for ae. Just team bonus which is 30% of base
