Projects are bid so low you are over budget and out of time before you even start. The leadership team has no clue what all goes into a project. There is no work life balance for non-managers and no career path. Teams are expected to give everything to a project with no long term goals.
I'm being bullied and HR does nothing to help.

Get the people who know about the industry and the competition involved in leadership. The ones who know what customers really want and need. The ones that choose to work here because they are driven to make these products better not driven to have fluffy title or padded pay check.
