They continue to acquire companies without putting any processes in place.

The atmosphere is chill and pretty easy going.

Waited over a month for a laptop, had zero training, and every other day my expectations changed. The most bizarre place I have ever worked! Became clear that there was no way it was going to be a match when the Senior VP said she can't work with women! Take the job if offered, but keep looking!!

Not in tuned with the reality of poor practice and behavior of "so called" VP's. Employees dont leave bad business, they leave bad Leaders. Integrity is no where in the practice of the company. Employees are numbers thats it!

Hire sensible person. Full of politics and refer only work if talent team gave reference else reject candidate

Training, working relationships, expectations, preparing for new employees (desk, computer, telephone, etc.)

Look at the cost of living and then give raises based on that; not a piddly little sixty cents

This company pays according to likeness and that is a FACT. Ive seen it and if you are a Manager on the AVP level, you are not allowed to know how much your employees are paid.

Coworkers need to educate themselves on the tasks they are forced into regardless if it is somerhing they have never done before. Its the culture of the company, and as long as you are here, you accept the practice.

At the time I was hired, it was the people. Now its changed and recruiters are sending resumes with bartending exp for HR roles (unbelievable)

Vensure is a payroll company that cannot seem to properly process payroll. Clients leave because of payroll errors. If their PTO or Benefits are wrong it all stems to payroll. Unfortunately, payroll processors are data entry people with NO previous exp.
