There is strong collaboration across my team. The team is committed to the common goals and work to support each other in achieving those goals.

No one spoke! I sat in silence until someone came over to chew me out for something
Coworkers need to educate themselves on the tasks they are forced into regardless if it is somerhing they have never done before. Its the culture of the company, and as long as you are here, you accept the practice.
