What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
customer satisfaction rate is low. because lack of training and knowledge given
Vensure is a payroll company that cannot seem to properly process payroll. Clients leave because of payroll errors. If their PTO or Benefits are wrong it all stems to payroll. Unfortunately, payroll processors are data entry people with NO previous exp.
