What did you like most about the interview process?
The level of care and detail taken to vet me as well as giving me the opportunity to vet the organization.
At the time I was hired, it was the people. Now its changed and recruiters are sending resumes with bartending exp for HR roles (unbelievable)
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to work with different types of clients and businesses. The flexibility we have to put a customized solution together to meet the needs of the client.
