- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Annual increases have been good. I would like to see increases though throughout the year based on employee's gaining new knowledge in different LOB's, and taking on more roles, ect.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The management team does not seem to respect or value the work of non management employees. Tasks that need to be done by mgmt. or questions that need to get answered only seem to get completed when other managers or directors get involved, which should not be the standard.
