They pay me well for the work but not enough for putting up with management

Equity is a strong motivator.
There are too many employees taht have no clue what thw company does or what their job entails. The remainder are constantly picking up their slack.
Stock, better 401k contributuon and more flexible PTO
Receiving 1.8% raise a year, not even every year, as an employee with an above average and one of the highest revenue and utilization numbers totally inadequate.
I was misguided from the beginning regarding my title and responsibilities.
I am severely underpaid in my market and work 50-60 hours on the regular. Year over year I over perform and get the kudos by my manager but it never equates to a raise. I havent had a significant market raise in 5 years.
I want a salary more competitive with my industry.
Better / comparable benefits to US employees (I'm a UK employee)
in my opinion the bonus plan is low
