I love our amazing benefits. We even get 2,000 a year towards our HSA which helps so much throughout the year.

401(k) match and full investment from inception Flexible PTO

Review from Customer Success Dept

We have a great PTO package.

Review from Operations Dept

Paid fairly, we get a lot of PTO and our benefits are amazing

Review from HR Dept

All of it is amazing

Review from Operations Dept

The remote work model offered.

Review from Operations Dept

Generous PTO that can be used as we see fit.

Review from Operations Dept

PTO/Holiday is quite fair compared to others in the industry (and even better versus some). And the unwritten compensation is the work life balance our leaders give us. The flexibility is what's most important in my life at the moment, so it's appreciated!

Paid Time Off at tenure

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because of the low pay.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Our base pay is not keeping up with inflation, so bonuses become necessary to make a living wage. Raising wages to a livable level will make me feel more valued. It would also make me want to work harder for a company that cares about me. As it used to feel.

Review from Operations Dept

I think this is a matter that is often at question because the job that we do and the attention that I put towards my position, I would like to be able to live more comfortably with my wages if it were to be increased. However, this may be the Flexibility at this job is unmatched.

Review from Operations Dept

I recently lost a half my bonus due to a late file. As much as I understand the importance of not having a late file, having a late file over the 4 years I have worked here has been a rare occurence. Losing half my bonus unfortunately made me feel like the hard work I do isnt valued much.

Review from Operations Dept

The bonus structure is meant for those who get lucky and don't match the success of the team or individual.

Review from Operations Dept

i just think the hourly wage vs work load is out of balance.

Review from Product Dept

We do not make a living wage, and our department is not staffed well enough to handle the volume of work that is increasing steadily along with growing metrics and increasing process steps. We are constantly told that we are working toward a solution with no results to be seen after a year.

Review from Customer Support Dept

If you dont get bonuses your compensation does not grow.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay should be comparable to market value and take the individual's experience into consideration. Being given a flat rate despite experience and raises are less than the average COLA increase. Instead of firing people, maybe the executive team should take a pay cut.

Review from Operations Dept

Given the amount of time I have been here and the amount of work an products we are expected to know, it is a very low compensation especially in this market.

Review from Operations Dept

The rate of pay is too low. Raises are rare and if they are ever given they make no actual dent and are negligible at best. 3% raises do not keep up with the cost of living, especially for the rising rate of inflation.

Review from Product Dept

We are told we are doing great and couldn't do it without us and that we are valued but at the end of the day we are here to earn a living. Pay is very lacking based on the skills and knowledge we have. If was not WFH I would not benefit much from the pay.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like raises and bonuses have not been fairly given.

Review from Operations Dept

The men in the company are paid much more than the women. We can not survive on this pay.

Review from Product Dept

decent raises would be greatly appreciated for how hard we work.

Review from Operations Dept

When comparing the pay for the job positions I've held at the company to other companies with similar jobs Verisys is on the lower end. Some positions I've held don't even pay a living wage.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe that I am below market rate for my wage by a significant amount. I am a salaried employee.

Review from Marketing Dept

feeling unpaid and not able to keep up with the rise of cost of living.

Review from Operations Dept

I have noticed that in the work industry and with the economy as it is, we should make a little more money p/h.

Review from Operations Dept

Team is pressured to learn and work 3 separate queues with no pay increase or merit for learning all 3, and the stress and pressure that comes with it. Losing a lot of people as we are not paid a lot for this much work or the expectations set up.
