Receiving comission for doing sales.
The company structure makes me feel valued
Bonuses, salary, uniforms and training

The paychecks are the most positive thing.
The positivity is what is most positive in a positively positive place. No joke
The management team encourage us, motivate us in a positive manner & truly care about us as individuals
