I have the autonomy to do my job well and the tools and resources I need to effectively manage my responsibilities. My co-workers are nice people and we are all working hard together to accomplish things.

The people and achieving goals. Plus we make our clients happy!

That they are open to new ideas and committed to staff development.

They offer 401K matching, take very little employee out-of-pocket for medical and provide free dental/vision.

They are hard working and excited about the solutions we offer. Plus they are fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team events, upbeat office and lots of small perks like free drinks, great equipment and summer flex-time.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we win a deal or achieve a big milestone that many members of the team participated in.

They are innovative and committed to success. They also let you do the job you were hired to do instead of micromanaging.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was concise. One phone interview and 2 sets of in-person interviews and a decision was made in a span of less than 2 weeks which is quite efficient for a senior position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
First Associates works very hard to maintain a happy work environment. The company events, monthly luncheons and summer/winter parties are fantastic. Plus it is so nice of them to have perks like free drinks, company run sponsorship, softball, a gym and nice office.
