I believe customers think of big companys as a problem.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We mostly work alone and get the work done with very minimal help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better if they company would give some raises to ALL the emp[olyees who made it to work during the pandemic. Most of us never missed away. No extra on our base pay? This is a terrible way to treat people. Yes,, I did get a 3% raise late last year but nothing the year prior.
