Friendly. Very much like family. I've worked for other companies and studios and ViacomCBS is hands-down the best company culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company's content. It's a purpose-driven company with and all the brands produce content with a purpose. MTV, Showtime, BET, CBS, VHI, just to name a few.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, the recruitment team was transparent and kept me in the loop. It could have been faster, but it was COVID and there was a lot going on.
