What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is qualified and personable

Stop micro managing and constantly paging employees. Stop getting aggravated when an employee takes a lunch break. quit lying to your employees.
Everything. IT's horrible And not pleasant

Insurance and paid vacation holiday pay

If i was paid enough for the constant work im forced to do
Males make more for the same work and are lazy.

We come together to get the job done
We have a great team that works well together

No one listens. They all talk badly about the bosses behind their backs. All the way down.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment is caring and supportive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the owner needs to stop annoying his employees to the point they despise their job
SO much. I don't even know where to begin. IT's ridiculous
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
i would actually interview potential employees before hiring. describe the job youre hiring for
They do't ask any hard questions. They just want warm bodies
What makes you most happy at work?
Being aprt of not only a team but we are like family
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everythign goes wrong. They make up the rules as they go. No two sales are the same.
