Meetings should have a clear purpose.
Top management are out of touch with the rest of the company. They should set clear expectations and listen.
I liked the interviewer. We connected and talked about their view of the company and why they enjoyed it.
The employees are smart and nice. However, management doesn't necessarily understand or interact with the lower employees and expectations are not set.
They have been cutting benefits. Health insurance is only limited to one option with a high deductible. Pay is lower than average and overtime is not paid.
They need to get better at predicting how much work is available and distributing it to the different teams. Some employees are left sitting at work with nothing to do for months on end while others are working overtime and not getting paid for it.
