What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at predicting how much work is available and distributing it to the different teams. Some employees are left sitting at work with nothing to do for months on end while others are working overtime and not getting paid for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every year I have to fight for my compensation, just like everyone else. Mean while the CEOs favourite buddies and protégés make bank. They don’t recognise that most of their staff worked long and hard during all kinds of weather and even during covid. No recognit
They have been cutting benefits. Health insurance is only limited to one option with a high deductible. Pay is lower than average and overtime is not paid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings should have a clear purpose.

Top management are out of touch with the rest of the company. They should set clear expectations and listen.
