What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The employees are smart and nice. However, management doesn't necessarily understand or interact with the lower employees and expectations are not set.
What did you like most about the interview process?I liked the interviewer. We connected and talked about their view of the company and why they enjoyed it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Every year I have to fight for my compensation, just like everyone else. Mean while the CEOs favourite buddies and protégés make bank. They don’t recognise that most of their staff worked long and hard during all kinds of weather and even during covid. No recognit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They have been cutting benefits. Health insurance is only limited to one option with a high deductible. Pay is lower than average and overtime is not paid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to get better at predicting how much work is available and distributing it to the different teams. Some employees are left sitting at work with nothing to do for months on end while others are working overtime and not getting paid for it.
