Stop piling on work and data requests - run your business. You are not in the business of producing reports. You make printers for God sake
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health care, 401k match is decent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervaluated after being working there by 3 years, showing good results and haven´t new growing oportunitie
