- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Our leadership needs to be more consistent with policies, meetings, and open communication with all employees. I feel as though there are a lot of hidden agendas, and there is an inability to provide necessary operational equipment in a timely manner.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team needs to be more present in day-to-day operations and initiatives and be transparent with the rest of the team.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My team is beyond stellar and a force to be reckoned with. Other teams within the organization are also great, but we need to figure out a way to better interact all together, as my team sometimes feels like the last to know on many things.
