They try to get employees involved as best they can
listening to the people that allow you to get a paycheck. respecting people in actions not just fake hollow words. Senior accountability for failures instead of constantly blaming the people on the bottom for failures above . Accountability .
Being honest and fair. The rate of pay and benefits should be the same across the board for all their employees that's true equality. Employees shouldn't have to suffer low pay because of the client they were hired for. They work for VIP and not the clients who they outsource for.

There is no 401k the insurance is too expensive unless you are one of the people on the executive team them it would be affordable. insurance is greater than $200/mth for the employee only and more than 800/mth for families. They only make around 1200/mth.
Actually listen and make changes according to the information you learn at the meetings

It was personable and on video
it was a video interview which was new for me
they won't listen or care the answer is pointless - its just a bunch of people that do unethical things and protect each other like a gang
