- What is the best part about your compensation package?Every year I receive a bonus and it's always more than I expected.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?The one thing that stands out above all else is that the leadership team is fair and kind.
- What did you like most about the interview process?Fairly efficient process, generally straight forward questions about my background and career goals.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Resource / capacity planning for 100% of people's time is never correct leading to lots of overtime. Tryy to " book" 80% and allow 20% for filling in the gaps. Don't worry, this time will be filled.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Take time to actually communicate in person. Things get lost in email.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening and providing constructive feedback regarding job performance. There is a culture of “throw people under the bus” to protect themselves! Toxic work environment.
