What is the best part about your compensation package?Every year I receive a bonus and it's always more than I expected.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The one thing that stands out above all else is that the leadership team is fair and kind.
What did you like most about the interview process?Fairly efficient process, generally straight forward questions about my background and career goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Resource / capacity planning for 100% of people's time is never correct leading to lots of overtime. Tryy to " book" 80% and allow 20% for filling in the gaps. Don't worry, this time will be filled.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Take time to actually communicate in person. Things get lost in email.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening and providing constructive feedback regarding job performance. There is a culture of “throw people under the bus” to protect themselves! Toxic work environment.
