Visiting Angels Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation package is generous and allows for growth each year.

Its a fair and appreciated amount

Review from Customer Success Dept

Ireally did not get one

The benefits are really good and rea eligible the first full month your start working.

The best part of the compensation is we are paid weekly often above market value as a caregiver.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Personsl time off pay, awards with gift cards, recognition, referral bonus

Review from Customer Success Dept

I earn Paid Time Off

Review from Marketing Dept

Very competitive. It's more beneficial for full time employees, but they do offer PTO if you work a certain number of hours per pay period

Review from Customer Support Dept

You are given bonus's based on your work ethic and performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Most companies in our field don't offer ETO but we do. And the 401k match up is great

Review from Customer Support Dept

I just love getting paid weekly

Review from Customer Support Dept

We have Descent Medical benefits and an IRA Match

They pay 100 percent Medical insurance

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I never recieved any kund of benefits

Inadequate compensation for time spent driving/ visiting clients

I have been with VA for 4 years and theres no paid family or sick days. I make $13 an hour. Which is nowhere near what i am worth.

25 pay at the very Least.

Pay/benefits equal to experience, qualifications and quality of work performed.

Trust all employees. Work together with them. Understanding of all workers.

Being treated better by new management

Review from Customer Success Dept

A cost of living raise across the board

We work hard and get paid little. Maybe some recognition might help

I feel undervalued to an extent because of the harassment I recieve from another caregiver. I have brought the issue up to the office, but I still feel like it's not enough. This caregiver continually seeks to taunt me in indirect ways.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Visiting Angels has NO benefits whatsoever so they can't compete with a nursing home/hospital/assistant living place. Hard to keep or even get people interested in becoming caregivers. I dont know what working 40 hours is anymore because I've worked more hours every week hardly having a day off.

Bad communication and bad staff

Review from Customer Success Dept

Last minute calls to shifts and working during the weekend should be higher paid

Longer hours with one client. Not running every two hours all over town.

If I could even get any of my paychecks

Review from Customer Support Dept

There are NO benefits. Paid hourly for work you have done.

I made $9hr and with the work we do it should be more

I believe when you gave a good team player / make sure you keep them

They haven't gave me a raise ever and dont pay gas cards and havent gave me a new client since November when mine died

Review from Customer Support Dept

We are barely paid above minimum wage for the skilled work that we do. No benefits are offord. Overworked
