Everyday is different, every client has various needs. I appreciate Care Plans and then we are free to be our caring selves and attend to clients needs with our varied talents. No cookie cutter "assignments", no " One size fits ALL" situations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sent me text w wrong hours. I sent text to client. To double check she stated it was wrong. We sent each other info so we would know it was correct. Hours are sporadic. 4 hours is what you get. No time and a half after 8 hours. Wrong.

Compassion for employees, and consideration, would you like being locked in a room unable to even go to the bathroom

Tell the truth. Do not lie about hours and clients. Treat the worker's with respect. Increase the pay. have benefits. Do not expect the workers to be at the companies beck and call.
