we do a wide range of things such as graphic design and soft sales but there is no opportunity to make money from doing those things. getting the same pay year after year with no option of making extra is disappointing.

Based on the cost of living, the compensation instruction is not sufficient to help us in today's society. As I am appreciative, I believe that Vistaprint can do better for us agents. Only managers and support staff making something average and we are not, yet we are doing the most.
