Globally distributed workforce makes it difficult to sustain a company culture

It has been months since i reported my concern about mistreatment, this has impacted my mental health. I now have daily breakdowns that i cant share with my pregnant wife. HR and the Lawyer they sent down 4 weeks ago all know this yet are doing nothing to fix the situation. I used to love vista :(
