The Company values do not come to fruition in reality. The patients & families do not come first & the mangement, including the upper echelon, to not support "each other." The number one goal for this company is money comes first. The employees are walked all over & communication is awful to none.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management who outwardly show appreciation to all of their employees. A blunt, negative and this is how it is approach makes for a depressing work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members who are working the front lines are excellent employees and help each other. They help each other for the patients and families not for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting their staff/program & fight to hire employees. The front line staff are continuously ran into the ground with more tasks piled ontop d/t a revolving door of staff leaving. The revolving door does not consist of hiring; those who are left behind are given the added work. Zero follow thru.
